2-yr-old-indian-boy-addicted-to-smoking-40-cigarettes-a-day


A video of a 2 year old Indonesian boy smoking cigarettes that surfaced on Youtube is causing quite a stir with parents. Though the video was quickly removed and removed and removed, it is still a trending and controversial topic in the internet world.

Ardi Rizal, 2, is addicted to smoking cigarettes and throws a nic-fit when his parents refuse to give him one. His father, Mohammad Rizal, gave little Ardi his first cigarette when he was just 18 months old.
“I’m not worried about his health, he looks healthy. “He cries and throws tantrums when we don’t let him smoke. He’s addicted,” says the father.
Data from the Central Statistics Agency say that 25% of Indonesian children in the age bracket of 3 to 15 have tried cigarettes and 3.2 % of them are active smokers.
Child protection officials say that the video represented child abuse while child advocates are speaking out about the situation.
Indonesia is the world’s third-largest tobacco consumer
